The planning of Patterson Farms began in late 2018 with the purchase of the farm. We knew we wanted to preserve the family home and honor the legacy of the land. As developers with strong ties to the local community, we strongly believe that the land will tell you what it wants to be. With Patterson Farms, the direction was clear.

Construction Phases and Timeline

Phase 1- SOLD OUT

Plans for Phase 1 included the construction of quads, cottages, townhomes, and the renovation of the Design & Sales Center. Phase 1 Construction began in September of 2021, and was completed in Summer of 2022.

Phase 2

Plans for Phase 2 include the construction of quads, townhomes, and cottages. Townhomes are still available in Phase 1, for more information call us at 706-529-7000 or visit us in person at our Design & Sales Center located at 370 Kempton Ln | Dalton, GA 30721

Phase 3

Plans for Phase 3 include the construction of cottages, townhomes, and the planned Town Square.

Phase 4

Plans for Phase 4 include the construction of quads and estate homes.

Phase 5

Plans for Phase 5 include the construction of cottages and quads.

Phase 6

Phase 6 is currently in the planning and design stage.
